—In an action for a divorce *555and ancillary relief, the plaintiff husband appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Robbins, J.), dated July 21, 1994, which granted the defendant wife’s motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7).
Ordered that the order is reversed, with costs, the defendant’s motion is denied, and the complaint is reinstated.
