A direct information filed by the District Attorney charged that Adolph Fehringer, at a designated date, in the County of El Paso, “did then and there wilfully and un*4lawfully sell, barter and exchange intoxicating liquors within the limits of the City of Colorado Springs” while it was anti-saloon territory.
