McFADDEN, Justice.

James D. Grady, appellant herein, after waiving preliminary hearing, was charged by information of the crime of selling liquor without a license, to which charge he entered his plea of guilty. Subsequently he was adjudged guilty of the crime charged and sentenced to serve a term of two years in the state prison. After sentence was imposed he discharged his counsel who had represented him throughout the district court proceedings, and retained present counsel.
