Vesta Stevenson, widow of E. C. Stevenson, deceased, seeks in this case to recover from other distributees, legatees, and devi-sees under the will of E. C. Stevenson, deceased, the sum of $16,388.35 and interest. *583The basis of her claim is that this amount was deducted from her share of the estate instead of from the share of the other dis-tributees, for federal estate taxes.
