This is an appeal from a judgment on the pleadings in favor of Appellees Donna Johnke (the personal representative and an individual heir of the estate of Georgia Kate Sturgeon) and Elmer Johnke (an indi vidual heir of the estate of Georgia Kate Sturgeon). Appellants R. Alan Hanes-worth and William M. Wilson filed suit against Appellees to recover amounts due on a promissory note executed by the decedent, Georgia Kate Sturgeon.
