Bebe Enterprises, Inc. v. Public Service Commission

This is an appeal by Bebe Enterprises, Inc. (hereinafter “Appellant”), from a February 21, 1996, order of the West Virginia Public Service Commission (hereinafter *21“PSC”) denying the Appellant’s request to add territory to its existing garbage collection route in McDowell County. The Appellant contends that the PSC’s denial of its request was based upon a misapplication of legal principles. We affirm the decision of the PSC.
