Defendant landowners, Clarkson Clayton Center Associates, appeal from judgment on a jury verdict awarding them a total of $33,-000 in condemnation damages. They raise three points on appeal. First, the trial court erred in admitting testimony of the Missouri Highway & Transportation Commission’s (Commission) expert because he valued the taken property alone rather than as a part of the larger tract from which it was taken.
