¶ 1. Respondent Allen Hodgdon, an assistant judge for Essex County, appeals from a Judicial Conduct Board decision that he violated Canon 5(A)(3) of the Vermont Code of Judicial Conduct by failing to resign his judicial office upon becoming a candidate for the office of probate judge for Essex County.
