The International Harvester Company brought an action upon a promissory note signed by the Franklin County Hardware Company, a corporation, and by several *489individuals who were directors thereof. Two of the signers, W. L. Delano and Ella Hanna, defended on the ground that their signatures had been procured by fraud.. Judgment was rendered in their favor, and the plaintiff appeals.
