OPINION

RATLIFF, Senior Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendant-Appellant Strack and Van Til d/b/a Town & Country ("Strack") appeals the jury's determination that its negligence caused injury to Plaintiff-Appellee Sharon Carter ("Carter").

We affirm. -
