This is an appeal from the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. In the proceedings below, the trial court heard appellant Vincent Salazar’s appeal from a final order of the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (hereinafter “commission”). See R.C. 4112.06(A). The court affirmed the commission’s finding that there was no probable cause to believe that appellant’s employer, the Mather Company, had engaged in unlawful handicap discrimination when it terminated appellant’s employment.
