The plaintiffs in error, who are stockholders of the St. Louis, Vandalia and Terre Haute Eailroad Company, filed their bill in the circuit court of Bond county against the said railroad company and its directors and executive officers, the defendants in error, charging said directors and officers with mismanagement of the affairs of the corporation and managing the same in the interest and for the purposes of other railroad companies in which they were interested as officers or otherwise, to the prejudice of the complainants and others, as stockholders.
