WIENER, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiff-Appellant, Paul Walls (Walls), appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of General Motors, Inc. (GM) in Walls’ Mississippi diversity jurisdiction damage suit for personal injuries arising from an automobile accident that occurred in Oregon on September 17, 1986. We affirm the district court’s determinations that (1) there is no genuine issue of material fact with respect to “relevant contacts” with the State of Oregon and the State of Michigan as candidates for the substantive law jurisdiction in Mississippi’s “center of gravity” choice…
