STEPHENSON, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Nissen Trampoline Co., an Iowa Corporation of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, brings this action for injunction and for damages against defendant, American Trampoline Co., an Iowa Corporation of Jefferson, Iowa. Plaintiff alleges unfair competition, trade-mark infringement and patent infringement.
