This was a suit by the appellant, Lumbermen’s Reciprocal Association, against tire appellees Mrs. Tom Ad-cock and the two minor children of herself and Tom Adcock, deceased, to set aside an award by the Industrial Accident Board of Texas in favor of appellees against appellant, in the aggregate sum of $5,400. The causé was tried with a jury and resulted in a verdict and judgment in favor of appellees and against appellant for the aggregate amount of $5,400, to bq discharged by appellant paying to appellees the sum of $15 per week for 360 weeks, a portion of the recovery,- however, being…
