—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, (1) defendant Suburban Propane Gas Company appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Rosenblatt, J.), dated October 21, 1983, as denied its motion *937for an order of preclusion based upon plaintiffs failure to fully respond to its interrogatories and (2) defendant Bergers Appliance Store appeals from an order of the same court (Martin, J.), dated September 5, 1984, which denied its motion to compel plaintiff to furnish a report prepared by her expert.
