MEMORANDUM
GASCH, District Judge.
Plaintiff Pueblo of Taos brings this action for declaratory and injunctive relief seeking the government’s acknowledgment of the correct boundary between government land held in trust for the Pueblo and government land administered by the United States Forest Service of the Department of Agriculture. Before the Court are defendants’ motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, and defendants’ cross-motion for summary judgment.
