The appeal is from an order of the district court denying plaintiffs motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial in an action for personal injuries.

On Monday, May 19, 1958, at about 7:30 p. m., plaintiff, Marjorie Crea, sustained personal injuries when an automobile, owned and operated by defendant, Joseph Hall, in which she was riding as a passenger, ran off a rural road in Baldwin Township, Sherburne County, en route from Sandy Lake to Princeton, Minnesota.
