Plaintiffs Cira Calabrese (“Calabrese”), Mel Gevanter (“Gevanter”), Anthony Fiore (“Fiore”), Stewart Kalter (“Kalter”), Ralph Reel (“Reel”), Sylvia Howell-Fridie (“Howell-Fridie”) and Steven Schiff (“Schiff’) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) commenced this putative class-action against the Defendants on October 23, 2002.
