The plaintiff planned to widen its highway and condemned a ten-foot strip across the front of the lot of defendants Bernard A. Grace and Winifred R. Grace. It appeals from the $4,260 verdict and judgment.

The plaintiff first contends the trial court erred in excluding its evidence of special benefits to the defendants’ lot, bestowed by plaintiff’s installing a sanitary sewer line that replaced the defendants’ septic sewer system.
