[¶ 1] Keith Trask and Todd Trafton appeal from a judgment by the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Marsano, J.) in favor of defendant game wardens, Patrick Devlin and Michael Morrison on Trask and Trafton’s complaint for malicious prosecution.
