OPINION

ROBERTSON, Justice.

Cornerstone Municipal Utility District, appellant, brings this appeal from the granting of a summary judgment on all causes of action in favor of Monsanto Company, Armco, Inc., Armco Steel Company, and Turner, Collie & Braden, Inc., appel-lees. In seven points of error, appellant contends the trial court improperly granted summary judgment on the basis of limitations and on inadequate summary judgment proof. We reverse and remand.
