This case comes before the court on plaintiffs appeal, pursuant to G.L.c. 30A, of a decision of the Contributory Retirement Appeals Board. The plaintiff claims that the decision of the Contributory Retirement Appeals Board was unsupported by substantial evidence in the administrative record, and that it was based upon an erroneous interpretation of the definition of “regular compensation” contained in G.L.c. 32, §1.
