This is an action brought by appellant, daughter and only child of one Mary I. Williams, against appellees, for the construction of the last will and testament of her mother and to quiet title to certain real estate owned by the testatrix at the time of her death.

The essential allegations of the complaint necessary for a determination of this case are as follows: On February 24, 1906, Mary I. Williams executed her last will and testament.
