INTRODUCTION
In December 2011, Plaintiff A.W., then 15 years old, called a phone-sex chat line operated by Defendant Preferred Platinum Plan, Inc. (“Preferred Platinum”) and incurred a $103 bill, which A.W.’s father, Nick Williams, refused to pay.
