Channellock, Inc. (Employer) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board), which affirmed a workers’ compensation judge’s (WCJ) order denying Employer’s Petition to Terminate and/or Suspend Compensation Benefits (Termination/Suspension Petition) and granting L. Thomas Reynolds’ (Claimant) Petition to Reinstate Compensation Benefits (Reinstatement Petition).
