(“Townsend”) to recover damages for: (1) Townsend’s alleged misclassification of Amero as an independent contractor in violation of G.L.c. 149, §148B, (2) failure to pay Amero overtime in violation of G.L.c. 149, §148, (3) breach of contract, (4) misrepresentation, and (5) unfair and deceptive trade practices in violation of G.L.c. 93A.
