Madison King ("King") filed a motion to dismiss the above-captioned case pursuant to section 1307(c) of the Bankruptcy Code (the "Motion"). King alleges that Candace L. Curtis (the "Debtor") commenced her case as a litigation tactic to circumvent a potentially adverse decision from the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan (the "District Court").
