On a charge of possessing intoxicating liquor for sale in a dry county, a jury trial resulted in a verdict finding appellant guilty as charged and assessment of punishment. This appeal followed.

For reversal, appellant first questions the sufficiency of the evidence.

The record reflects that about June 20, 1952, appellant, Huffman, was arrested by State Trooper Montgomery on Highway 270 in Hot Spring County and a gallon of whiskey, contained in four pint bottles and eight one-half pint bottles, was found in appellant’s car.
