OPINION ON REMAND

TIM TAFT, Justice.

Appellant, Erick Leon Bradley, pleaded no contest to the charge of engaging in organized criminal activity after the trial court denied his pre-trial motion to quash the indictment. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 71.02 (Vernon 2003). The trial court found appellant guilty and, in accordance with a plea agreement, assessed punishment at eight years in prison.
