MEMORANDUM OPINION
PAUL L. FRIEDMAN, District Judge.: Before the Court are defendant’s motion for judgment as a matter of law or, in the alternative, for a new trial or remittitur of the verdict, plaintiffs opposition and defendant’s reply. Upon consideration of the arguments of the parties and the entire record herein, the Court grants defendant’s motion'for judgment as a matter of law in part and denies it in part. 'The Court-denies defendant’s motion for a new trial and his motion for remittitur.
