LUONGO, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff, David Webster, Jr., brought this action under the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA), 43 P.S. § 951 et seq., alleging that he was the victim of age discrimination. Great American Insurance Co. (GAI), the defendant, has moved pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) to dismiss the complaint on the ground that the action is barred by the statute of limitations or the doctrine of laches. For purposes of this motion, I accept the truth of the well-pleaded allegations in the complaint. 1
