Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Lincoln county, Warren, J., entered September 7, 1907, upon findings in favor of the plaintiff, after a trial before the court-without a jury, in an action for services.

The respondents are physicians and surgeons, residing at the city of Spokane, and sue to establish their claim against the estate of Thomas Lakin, deceased, for professional services rendered Lakin during his last illness. The action was tried by the lower court without the intervention of a jury. The trial court found in favor of the respondents, and entered a judgment establishing their claim as a just and valid claim against the estate.
