This is an application for an order vacating a subpoena issued by the Attorney-General of the State of New York, pursuant to the Martin Act, contained in article 23-A of the General Business Law. A subpoena has been issued for the purpose of investigating the practices of The First American Corporation, the Arlington Memorial Park Association and the Fidelity Guaranty Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, which corporations are engaged in the sale of certain rights and interests evidenced by documents which will be hereinafter described.
