K.M. (“Mother”) and J.M. (“Father”) (collectively, “Parents”) appeal a judgment terminating their parental rights to their minor children, K.M. and J.M., pursuant to section 211.447.1 On appeal, Parents challenge the trial court’s finding of abuse and neglect on the basis that such finding was not supported by clear, cogent, and convincing evidence. They also claim that the trial court erred in determining that termination of parental rights was in the children’s best interest.
