MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
On May 20, 2010, the Court held a Hearing on the Objection of AgStar Financial Services to Confirmation of the Debtor’s second modified proposed plan of reorganization. At the time of the Hearing, the Debtor was operating as a debtor-in-possession under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Prior to the Hearing on Confirmation, an evidentiary hearing was held on approval of the Debt- or’s Amended Disclosure Statement during which extensive evidence was offered regarding the feasibility of the Debtor’s proposed plan…
