MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HELEN S. BALICE, Bankruptcy Judge.
MacDonald, a Chapter 11 debtor, has objected to First Interstate’s proofs of claim and seeks to enjoin First Interstate from repossessing collateral.
In June of 1988, First Interstate, by operation of law, obtained relief from the automatic stay to proceed against five pieces of equipment MacDonald used in his logging business. MacDonald surrendered three of those pieces but refused to turn over a knuckleboom loader and a 35' tandem axle trailer.
