Southern Georgia Automotive Group, LLC (“Southern Georgia”) and its affiliate Southern Georgia Imports, LLC (“Georgia Imports”) operated Kia and Mitsubishi automobile dealerships in the Waycross area. The appellees 1 are dissatisfied consumers who had purchased vehicles from the dealerships.
