This was a sheriff’s interpleader issue under the Act of June 22, 1931, P. L. 883. Section 10 of the Act provides that the claimant shall be the plaintiff in the issue, and all other parties thereto defendants. The caption of the case in the paper books is wrong. Since the Act of May 9, 1889, P. L. 158, relating to writs of error and appeals, the names of the parties are required to be set forth in the praecipe for the appeal in the same order and sequence as they were at the trial.
