This is a proceeding in equity to enjoin the levying of an execution issued under a judgment rendered by a justice of the peace, and to set aside such judgment. The plaintiff in the execution, and the constable to whom it was directed, are made parties defendants. A general demurrer to the-bill was filed, which the court sustained. The plaintiffs refused to *329.amend their pleading, and the court entered a fina .judgment on the demurrer. The plaintiffs have .appealed.
