Appellee, the New York Central Railroad Company, brought this action in ejectment against appellant, J. Edward Kinsella, to recover possession of a triangular piece of land lying in the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of section 16, township 31 north, range 14 east of the third principal meridian, in Kankakee county. Issue was joined, a trial had and a verdict directed for appellee. Appellant paid the costs and took a new trial under the statute.
