At the May term, 1924, of the circuit court of Kane county, appellee, Israel Joseph, filed his bill in equity to remove clouds and quiet title to certain real estate. Arthur R. Evans, individually and as executor of the last will of Henry H. Evans, deceased, and the Barber-Greene Company, a corporation, were made defendants.
