OPINION

LANSING, Judge.

Keith Berg appeals from a decision of the trial court summarily denying his petition for post-conviction relief. We affirm.

FACTS

Keith Berg was convicted by a jury of two counts of attempted murder in the second degree, Minn.Stat. §§ 609.19(1), 609.17, 609.11 (1982), and two counts of assault in the second degree, Minn.Stat. §§ 609.222, 609.11 (1982), for an offense committed on May 13, 1983.
