MEMORANDUM DECISION

EILEEN W. HOLLOWELL, Bankruptcy Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

The Debtor seeks to avoid two Deeds of Trust on her homestead. Because she lacks standing to seek such relief, this adversary will be dismissed.

II. FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

In November of 2004, the Debtor’s son was arrested. In response to his request that she obtain his release from jail, the Debtor, a widow in her 70’s, using information from the yellow pages, contacted a number of bail bond companies to see if a bail bond could be obtained using her son’s van as collateral.
