Appellee sued appellant, as the receiver of the International Great Northern Railroad Company, to recover damages alleged to have accrued from personal injuries, inflicted on him through the negligence of appellant, while appellee was in the employment of appellant in the yards of the railroad company at San Antonio, Tex.
