Defendant, Ralph Hagemann, doing business as Ralph’s Lathing and Dry Wall (Hagemann), appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of Winnebago County awarding $23,306.54 to plaintiff, Walter Oldenburg, doing business as Walter Oldenburg Plastering Contractor (Oldenburg).
