DIRECTED VERDICT ON PLAINTIFF’S CLAIM OF BREACH OF WARRANTY

Motions for directed verdicts were granted in favor of defendant Ford Motor Company at the close of plaintiff s evidence and in favor of defendant Green Ford, Inc. at the close of all of the evidence. The question presented, then, is whether the evidence, viewed in the light most favorable to plaintiff, the nonmovant, so clearly shows the absence of any breach of warranty that it will support no other conclusion as a matter of law.
