General Office Products Corporation (General) appeals from the district court’s award of summary judgment in favor of defendant, A.M. Capen’s Sons, Inc. (Ca-pen’s). General had brought a diversity action based on P.R.Laws Ann. tit. 31, § 5141 (1968) (Article 1802), 1 claiming that Capen’s tortiously interfered with an exclusive dealership agreement between General and Gussco Manufacturing Corporation (Gussco), a New York manufacturer of office supply products.
