Plaintiff Dexter Small filed an application for attorney’s fees and other expenses pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA), 28 U.S.C. § 2412 (2012), in an effort to recover the attorney’s fees and reasonable expenses he incurred while litigating the above-captioned case. Plaintiffs motion for attorney’s fees and expenses comes after litigation in this court arising from plaintiffs allegedly improper administrative separation from the United States Army (Army) by defendant.…
