HomeR FERGUSON, Judge:

Tried by special court-martial, the accused was found guilty of assault whereby grievous bodily harm was intentionally inflicted, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 128, 10 USC § 928. He was sentenced to bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of $50.00 per month for six months, confinement at hard labor for six months, and reduction to Basic Airman.
